Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
A light & fizzy liquid fruit cocktail perfect as The 2016 Summer Sippin' Wine!
Vineyard Notes
Approximately 3.5 tons of grapes were hand picked and carefully sorted.
Winemaker Notes
All Natural, no added sugar flavor, categorized as a frizzante style, meaning less bubbles than a sparking. The slight effervescent sensation is produced by naturally occurring co2 in the wine, captured during the fermentation process. When yeast converts sugar to alcohol, co2 is a byproduct. At the end of the fermentation cycle, I dropped the tank’s temperature to 30 degrees Farenheit to stop the yeast and preserve the remaining natural sugar, co2 and fruity flavors.
Food Pairing Notes
Perfect as a stand alone Summer aperitif. For a real treat, try with spicy Asian or South American cuisine.

I really liked this wine. I've been looking for a nice white sweet wine and this by far has broken the mold. The flavors are so magical, I bought this at a local farmers market and purchased multiple bottles. I opened one bottle as soon as I got home! This will definitely be added to my list of favorite wines! Will definitely be buying more!
